Departing from Tirana, you'll raft the crystal-clear Black Drin River near Peshkopia, drive off-road through the Korabi range to a 2,028-meter mountain summit, soak in historic thermal baths dating to the 1600s, and taste authentic Albanian cuisine in a local Peshkopia restaurant.

Tirana → Dibër / Peshkopia
~2 hoursDepart from Skanderbeg Square in Tirana and head northeast into the heart of the Dibër region. The drive itself is an experience — winding through the Albanian Alps, past deep valleys, rivers, and traditional mountain villages that feel untouched by time. Peshkopia, the capital of Dibër County, is your base for the day.
Black Drin River Rafting
~40 minutesStrap in for rafting on the legendary Black Drin River (Drini i Zi) — Albania's longest river at 285km. Crystal clear waters, dramatic mountain gorges, and the option to swim. Perfect for beginners.
Peshkopia Thermal Baths
~30 minutesIn the heart of Peshkopia city, just 1km from the center, relax in natural hot springs at 40°C that locals have used since the 1600s. Historically known for treating rheumatism and arthritis, these thermal baths are one of Dibra's most beloved hidden gems — the perfect recharge before the mountain ascent.
Off-Road to Grama Mountain
~2 hoursBoard the 4x4 off-road vehicles and climb through the Korabi mountain range to Grama Lake — an arctic glacial lake at over 2,000 meters altitude. The views from the summit are unlike anything else in the Balkans.
Return to Tirana
~2 hoursThe drive back from Dibra to Tirana feels completely different — the same mountains, valleys, and villages now bathed in the golden light of sunset. You'll arrive back at Skanderbeg Square with memories of a side of Albania that most people never get to see.
